Yes. A credit card is required when booking or picking up the vehicle to place the deposit. It is also possible to leave the deposit in cash (deposit and return only during agency opening hours).

Yes. The deposit is held by the rental company in case of vehicle damage, to cover the excess.

In the event of an accident, the rental company's insurance covers the costs, but an excess remains payable by the driver. This contribution aims to encourage responsibility and caution.

From 18 years old. However, a higher excess applies for drivers under 25 ('young drivers').

Yes. Up to 48 hours before departure, you can modify the duration, time, or vehicle category, subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible.

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Below this deadline, the rental company's conditions apply.

Yes, provided they have a valid licence and are declared as an additional driver. This option is free.

No. Currently, Simply Go is only based in Villars-sur-Glâne.

No. Third-party liability insurance is included. It covers damage caused to a third party. Additional insurance can be taken out for damage to the rented vehicle.

Common exclusions include: breach of contract conditions, driving under the influence or by an undeclared driver, damage to the chassis, engine, gearbox, loss or breakage of keys, stolen personal belongings, towing costs, hotel nights, phone calls, participation in motor sport events.

Yes. However, you must notify the agency in advance. Early return does not entitle you to a refund. Early pick-up or late return may incur additional charges.

Yes. Inform us when booking. Restrictions exist depending on the countries of transit. Any country crossed must be reported in advance.

Yes. If not, you will be charged. You can also choose the option to purchase the initial full tank.

Yes. Keep the receipts as proof that the vehicle has been refuelled.

Notify the agency immediately. Contact the police if a third party is involved. Document the damage (photos, report). A breakdown service is available 24/7 (number on the keychain).
